A $750 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a surgery date. The final payment is due at your pre-operative appointment, 3 weeks prior to surgery.

Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, money order, debit card, or credit card. All checks must be made out to Erick Sanchez LLC. We do not accept American Express.

Financing is available through Care Credit.

The CareCredit credit card is an alternative to consumer credit cards, cash, or checks. With a CareCredit card you can make convenient monthly payments instead of a lump sum prior to treatment. CareCredit helps makes it easier for cardholders to pay for the care they need.

Erick Sanchez, MD Plastic Surgery accepts the No Interest if Paid in Full within 6 Months on qualifying purchases of $500 or more made with your CareCredit credit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum Monthly Payments required..
