Breast Revision – Subpectoral Implant Exchange with Saline Implants*

Dr. Erick Sanchez performed a breast implant exchange for this patient, replacing her 580cc saline implants, which were causing pain in her left breast. She opted for overfilled 630cc saline implants, filled to approximately 700cc with a slight variation for symmetry. The patient also had a slightly lower nipple position, resulting in a mild waterfall deformity, but she chose not to undergo a mastopexy to avoid visible scars. This exchange achieved the enhanced, augmented look she desired while improving comfort and balance.
