Breast Revision – Subpectoral Implant Exchange with Silicone Implants*

Dr. Erick Sanchez performed a breast implant exchange for this patient, replacing her 15-year-old saline implants due to concerns about visible rippling and malposition when lying down. She opted to increase her implant size from 425cc to 440cc and switched to cohesive silicone implants for a smoother appearance. To improve implant positioning and support, Dr. Sanchez also performed a capsulorrhaphy.
