Breast Revision – Subpectoral Implant Exchange with Saline Implants*

Dr. Erick Sanchez performed a breast implant exchange, replacing the patient's 23-year-old saline implants with new overfilled saline implants. While the original implant size is unknown, the patient sought increased fullness and improved breast position. To achieve this, 400cc implants were overfilled to approximately 500cc bilaterally, with minor adjustments for symmetry. Additionally, a capsulorrhaphy was performed to refine the implant pocket, providing better support and enhancing overall breast positioning.
