Breast Revision – Saline Implant Exchange and Mastopexy*

This patient had 17-year-old overfilled saline breast implants that had shifted laterally and created a widened appearance. She wanted a tighter and more lifted look with improved breast contour. Dr. Erick Sanchez performed a saline breast implant exchange along with a mastopexy to restore a more youthful shape and position. He used 375cc Mentor implants overfilled to 430cc to achieve enhanced fullness and symmetry. These photos show the results 5 months after surgery. Scars will continue to fade with time.
